Work with us

Point us at the thing that eats your week.

Two ways in. Both end the same way: something running in your business, documented, with the keys in your hand.

This is for you if…

  • You run the business, and the inbox is running you
  • There is a job in your week a system should be doing by now
  • You would rather own a tool than rent another subscription
  • You want a builder inside the job, not a deck about it
  • You have duct-taped tools together and watched it fall apart
  • You want honest advice, even when it is "don’t automate this"

Two ways in

Start with the map, or start the build.

Same builder, same honesty, two doors. Which size the build should be is exactly what the free fit call decides — you will know before any money moves.

01. The Map

Know before you build.

Ninety minutes inside your actual week, then a written map: what to automate, what to leave alone, and what it would take. Sometimes the honest call is "build nothing" — you hear it here, not after an invoice.

  • Recorded working session
  • Written action map
  • Tool shortlist, no affiliations
  • The no-build call, if that’s the truth

After handoff, the keys are yours either way. If you would rather we keep the engine tuned — monitoring, fixes, small changes — ask about ongoing care on the call.

What you can point us at

The Build is the door. These are the targets.

A builder embedded in your business, pointed at whichever of these hurts most. Each one is work we have actually delivered — not a menu typed out to look broad.

01. Business automation

The pipes of the business: inquiries answered, clients onboarded, reports built, invoices chased. The catalog on the systems page, delivered into your stack.

Replaces: the admin week

02. AI avatar & video pipelines

Talking-head video without the studio day: avatar and voice pipelines that turn a written script into finished video. We published the how-to guides on the blog — this is hiring the hands.

Replaces: the re-record afternoon

03. GTM & enablement documents

Launch docs, sales one-pagers, onboarding guides, internal playbooks — drafted from your real material, in your voice, kept current by a system instead of a heroic weekend.

Replaces: the doc nobody updated since March

04. Rapid prototypes

A working first version in days, on your actual data. It is meant to be wrong in useful ways, so the real build starts sure-footed instead of six weeks in the wrong direction.

Replaces: the three-month maybe

05. Internal knowledge systems

Everything you already know, findable. Ask your own system a question and it answers from what you actually wrote — with the source — instead of going through you.

Replaces: hunting for an answer you already gave

06. Something else?

Bring it. If it is a job a computer should be doing, we will tell you what it would take — and if it is not, we will say that instead.

For teams

Training that leaves working tools behind.

For leadership teams and ops staff who need to actually use this stuff, not hear about it.

Team training For teams

Live and hands-on: a keynote that shows your team what these tools actually do, or a half-day workshop where people build a working automation of their own. They leave with tools, not notes — fifty-plus teachers trained in a single semester says it works.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 1

    Fit call, free

One sentence about the thing that eats your week is enough to start. We answer every email, and the first conversation costs nothing.

  2. 2

    Written scope

If there is a fit, you get it in writing: timeline, deliverables, price. No surprises, and no obligation until you say go.

  3. 3

    The build

Done for you, in your stack. You see working versions as they land — not a reveal at the end.

  4. 4

    Keys handed over

Documentation, training, and a support window. You own everything; ongoing care after that is by arrangement, not by default.

In the works

AI for Leaders: 5-Day Jumpstart

Not ready to hire the builder? A self-paced course is in the works — five video modules, a tool decision matrix, and a prompt library you can copy. Leave your email and we will tell you once when it goes live, not weekly.

Asked, answered.

How do I know which way in?

If you are not sure what to automate, start with The Map — you leave with a written plan either way. If you already know what hurts, start The Build, and the fit call sizes it: one workflow in a week, or the whole system over six. Still unsure? That is literally what the free call is for.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use Google Docs, you can run what we build. We handle the technical setup and train you on everything before we hand over the keys.

How much of my time does it take?

Less than you might think. A kickoff conversation, a look at working versions as they land, and a training session at handoff. The building is our job, not yours.

What happens after we finish?

You own everything — the system, the documentation, the accounts. A support window is included with every build, and if you would rather we keep the engine tuned long-term, ask about ongoing care on the call.

We are a school. Does this fit?

Yes. A lot of our delivered work is in international schools — leadership teams, admin workflows, staff training — and the systems transfer in both directions. The team training above is built with team days in mind.

Do you travel for in-person training?

Yes. In-person pricing includes travel, and we confirm a specific quote for your location during the fit call.

Are you building?

Ready to point us at something?
